We will file a case in the New York Supreme Court to stop the new Airbnb Regulations to be implemented by the NY City Government which is Anti-Trust, Anti-Free Competition, Biased to Hotels, and violates our rights as Homeowners.

Our group is registered with the New York Department of State with the legal name: NY SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM-STAY HOSTS INCORPORATED. Once we reach 1000 members, we will convene in New York City and elect upon ourselves our Board of Directors, and Corporate officers and set the amount of our membership.
